Fox News made light of a recent story on recycled toilet paper, which is easy to do because it’s natural to get goofy when talking about poo-related issues. However, Rolfe Skar Senior Forest Campaigner from Greenpeace took the matter a little more seriously, considering the millions of trees destroyed in the making of soft tissue.
“We know that if we put a man on the moon, we can certainly make a soft, comfortable toilet paper out of recycled fiber,” Skar said.

The Green Guide link above didn’t work right. Does anybody know of a good website for rating the green-ness of companies and products? Voting with purchases is so much more effective that thinking you vote counts in these lame corporate run elections. I like http://www.climatecounts.org but it’s listing of companies is too incomplete to really be helpful. Definitely on the right track, however.
